every time you upload a file and convert it to a google sheet, it gets a new unique ID, which is what =importrange() needs in order to grab data from that sheet. Probably the most viable thing is to upload your Excel file to Google Drive, and let it get converted to a google sheet. I'm not aware of a service that will do this. What I mean is, if you upload your Excel file to another service that can display the contents, it will have to also keep it at the same URL so that you can use =importHMTL() to grab the contents. If you want google sheets to automatically look at another file, that file will have to always be at the same source. You can get close without it, but it's up to you to determine if that's close enough. Unfortunately this excel is poorly formatted and it is difficult to understand what is going on, but it does keep the same format each time. At the end of every day our supplier/warehouser sends us an excel with our current inventory in it.
